Directions: Arbatskaya metro station (Arbatsko-Pokrovskaya line),
after exiting, go straight to ul. Vozdvizhenka,
turn right, go one house, to Krestovozdvizhensky Lane,
landmark - on the corner is the Rigla pharmacy,
turn right again
in the middle of the house is the entrance (see photo below)
at the entrance say - "Integral Yoga, Atrium hall".


Second option: you can get off at the Lenin Library metro station,
turn along st. Vozdvizhenka towards Novy Arbat,
walk to Vozdvizhenka, building 9, landmark - Rigla pharmacy,
turn left, in the middle of the building is the entrance (see photo below)
